Teresa Leung is one of BC’s most recognized and sought-after Real Estate Investing Experts. As an active Investor, Teresa’s portfolio consists of suited family homes and furnished condos in Vancouver’s Fraser Valley (Abbotsford, Surrey, Langley, Chilliwack), Kelowna, Fort St. John, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg.

In 2015 and 2016 Teresa worked with Keyspire®, a Canadian real estate education company founded by Scott McGillvray of HGTV’s hit renovations show, “Income Property”. Teresa was their first BC Keyspire® Preferred Realtor when the company launched in 2015 and she facilitated their BC Member workshops and regularly spoke at the Investor Summits across Canada, educating thousands of members on BC’s hottest investment markets. Teresa helped many Keyspire® Members with their portfolio acquisition and coached them from being newbie Investors to becoming confident & savvy Investors.

Before becoming an Investment REALTOR®, Teresa joined Alture Properties as Director of Marketing & Investor Relations, where she achieved for the company, Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine’s Intro-provincial Investor of the Year in 2012 and in 2013, the Burnaby Board of Trade’s Business Excellence Award in the category of Entrepreneurial Spirit.
